    Move to Applications

    Drag Open Sound Connect into Applications and open it. For direct downloads, enter your license key to activate this installation.

    Allow Bluetooth

    macOS asks once whether Open Sound Connect may use Bluetooth. Choose Allow.

  • Sony MDR-1000X, WH-1000XM2, WH-1000XM3, WH-1000XM4, WH-1000XM5, WH-1000XM6, WH-1000XX headphones, paired with the Mac
  • Bluetooth turned on

Staying up to date

The app tells you when a new version is out; replace the app in Applications with the new one and your scenes and settings carry over. The Mac App Store version, coming soon, updates itself.
